AWS Cloud Architecture

For companies already running on AWS.

We design, rebuild or repair the platform underneath an existing product: account structure, identity and permission boundaries, workload layout, data stores, backup and recovery. Then we implement it in Terraform or CloudFormation and hand over something your team can operate.

Usual starting points are an account that grew organically, a security review that went badly, a migration off on-premise hardware, or an environment nobody is confident restoring.

Startup Technology

For founders building the first version.

We work through the product idea until the technical shape is clear, decide what has to be built and what can be bought or deferred, then build the parts that are expensive to get wrong — data model, backend services, authentication, the AWS environment and the path to production.

The target is a system a small team can keep extending, not a prototype that has to be thrown away once real customers arrive.

    OAuth2 Authorization Platform

    Authentication and authorization for every product in the group, later opened to third parties. OAuth2 flows and single sign-on, multi-factor authentication across email, SMS, authenticator apps and DUO, API access control and abuse protection.
